Hannah Hansen

Hi, I’m Hannah. I manage a veterinary reception team in East London and I’m passionate about people! I joined BVLGBT+ after attending my first Pride event in 2023 and love being part of such a brilliant community, and helping to organise events that bring people together.

Working with vets and nurses who care so deeply about pets means that I can focus on creating inclusive, welcoming spaces for the humans; my team and our clients. I’m also the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion officer at my clinic and I work to ensure a supportive environment for everyone.

As a queer, neurodivergent, and disabled woman, it's important to me to consider how multiple identities can intersect and affect someone's experience, and I'm always looking to learn how I can better support people in a way that suits their individual needs.
